Tri-City Adult Hockey League
Meeting Minutes
July 30, 2014
I. Call to order
Jeff Baughman called to order the regular meeting of the Tri-City Adult Hockey League at 7:00 p.m. at Old Chicago.
II. Roll call
Jeff Baughman conducted a roll call. The following persons were present: Jared Roth, Donald Roeder, BJ Simpson, Kent Reynolds, Randie May, Jeff Baughman, Dave Weiler. Tech: Kurt Langrud
Jeff Baughman read the minutes from the last meeting. The minutes were approved as read.
III. Open issues
IV. Point Streak is a done deal
V. Kurt will get the tires turning and get the league registered.
VI. 2014-2015 League Member Dues
The TCAHL season will consist 26 ice session season. For every skater and goalie. (1 time payment – $365 or Payment Plan – $390)
VII. Draft Date/Registration Open
VIII. Draft will take place September 3rd and registration will open July 31st and will close August 29th. It will be held at Thunderhead 1st, Coop 2nd
IX. Sponsorship Dues
X. Dave will get ahold of OC about last year’s dues and 2014 2015 sponsorship.
XI. Board Duties
XII. Kent Reynolds- Schedule, Viaero Liaison, Goalie Czar, Hockey 101
XIII. Randie May- Head Official, Sponsor Liaison, Viaero Liaison
XIV. Dave Wieler- Collection, Assistant head official, assistant treasure, 101 instructor.
XV. Jared Roth- Treasure, 101 instructor, jersey orders.
XVI. Jeff Baughman- Media Relations, Social Media, assistant 101,Head player/ Rep liaison,
XVII. Cole Chandler- Score keeper, League sponsor gift liaison, liaison to the head of player/ rep liaison.
XVIII. Donald Roeder- Point streak Guru, Player waiver collector, p
XIX. BJ Simpson- Ticket distributor, Assistant 101 ramrod,
XX. Goalie Dues
XXI. Dues will be $315 or $340.
XXII. Board Dues
XXIII. 10% off for every year on board with a cap of $95 total dues paid. 1-6
XXIV. $125 for more than 5 years served and $175 for less than 5 years served 5-2 Pass
XXV. $100 off for all board 5-2
XXVI. Kurt Langrud will not pay dues with the exception of keeping the website. Pass 6-1
XXVII. Adult Hockey Referees
XXVIII. TCAHL referees must have one year of USA Hockey certified referee experience, but thereafter for the TCAHL you must be TCAHL certified. Pass 7-0
XXIX. Updates from board members
XXX. Jared- Jerseys are ordered will update when they come in, invoices will go out this week for sponsors.
XXXI. Jeff- NTV Randie and BJ will do it.
XXXII. Randie- Kent will check with storm store.
XXXIII. Donny- Get teams involved with sponsors.
