Tri City Adult Hockey League
Meeting Minutes
October 4, 2015
I. Call to order
Jeff Baughman called to order the regular meeting of the Tri City Adult Hockey League at 5:30 on October 4, 2015 at The Viaero Event Center.
II. Roll call
Jeff Baughman conducted a roll call. The following persons were present: Jared Roth, Dave Weiler, Randie May, Bryan Fast, Becca Kern
III. Approval of minutes from last meeting
Jeff Baughman read the minutes from the last meeting. The minutes were approved as read.
IV. Open issues
a) Pucks
b) Our puck bucket is missing
c) Dave will talk to the arena about looking at footage.
d) Drop ins/101 update
e) Coach is on board but not sure how to go about bringing storm players to 101 sessions.
f) 101 will be on the 3rd Monday or every month
V. New business
g) Ed Wiltgen
h) Eddy is in very bad shape at a Kansas City hospital. He was going down to Kansas City for a BBQ cook off on Thursday and the front tire to his RV rig exploded causing him to go into the ditch and he ran into some trees on the interstate.
i) We will send him something from the league.
j) Homeward Trail will now be down to 8 players
k) Dave will sub the spot in hopes of a new player joining later
l) Jake Geist Situation
m) He would like his children to be able to score keep.
n) We already have a dedicated scorekeeper.
o) He will need to talk to our scorekeeper liasion Rebecca Kern
p) Emails
q) Any player correspondence will be trough Jeff Baughman who is the player liaison. Unless it has to do with another board members duties (collections, suspensions, ECT.)
r) Team Jerseys
s) Teams that have old jerseys should not wear the old version
t) We appreciate our sponsors and they pay money to have their logo on the ice
u) There are also duplicate jersey numbers and it makes it hard on the scorekeeper
v) A 2 minute minor will be assed each period to the offending team for illegal equipment.
w) Jeff will send out an email.

x) Rep Evaluations sent out
y) Reps will be reminded of our new sub rule.
VI. Adjournment
Jeff Baughman adjourned the meeting at 6:30 p.m.
