Meeting Minutes
August 30, 2015
I. Call to order
Jeff Baughman called to order the regular meeting of the TCAHL at 6:30 pm on August 30, 2015 at The Viaero Event Center.
II. Roll call
Jeff Baughman conducted a roll call. The following persons were present: Dave Wieler, Jared Roth, Becca Kern, BJ Simpson, Randie May, Jake Strawhecker
III. Approval of minutes from last meeting
Jeff Baughman read the minutes from the last meeting. The minutes were approved as read.
IV. Open issues
a) Steve Nemeth Refereeing
He cannot play, but would like to ref.
He has been in VERY good standing
Do we change it to where you can ref if you do not play
We give League member referees first shot at reffing and Steve will fill in from there.
ISSUE IS TABLED
b) Drop in update
c) All drop ins at 7:30
d) The Referee locker room is now the women’s locker room.
e) If we get 25 skaters for a drop in the session will be 1 ½
f) All drop in money will go to Matt Nickeson.
g) Cancelation of a drop in by no showing, that person will no longer be able to participate after 2 times of no showing.
h) 101 decisions
i) Hockey 101 with a 10 person minimum it will be $10
j) Set a certain Monday of every month as Hockey 101
k) Schedule
l) BJ is meeting with the arena this week to finalize the schedule
m) Bylaw Same team qualification
n) What will qualify people to be on the same team?
o) Married Couples
p) Travel outside of Buffalo County
q) Sponors
r) ISSUE HAS BEEN TABLED
V. Adjournment
Jeff Baughman adjourned the meeting at 7:00p.m..
